Refund policy

Once you have booked and paid for your service there are no refunds permitted. Appointments maybe rescheduled or deferred for a period of up to one year at no additional cost. Appointments maybe be rescheduled provide that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you fail to arrive for your appointment it will not be rescheduled and your payment will be forfeit.
